NetTerm and SecureNetTerm provides a one year warranty period during which all updates/upgrades and technical support is free.
If you wish to extend the warranty period, InterSoft offers a yearly Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) that provides for all updates/upgrades, technical support and the ability to purchase additional copies of the product at the price range of the initial purchase. For example, if you purchased 100 copies of NetTerm initially, you could purchase additional copies at the unit price of US $15.95 each.
Past experience has shown that the SMA is one of the least expensive ways of safeguarding your investment in our products. Software technology is one of the fastest growing segments of the computer industry and we constantly add
new features and enhance our products to take advantage of all the Microsoft Operating System releases.
The price of a SMA is fifteen percent (15%) of the product purchase price, with a minimum charge of US $50.00. Contact our sales department for additional questions/information.
